Dry Wines

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon
This bold and juicy Cab is maturing nicely. It opens with ripe
berries, merges with plum, and finishes long with soft, smoky
leather.
NEW! 2010
Zinfandel
This old-vine Zinfandel, rich with black currant, carries
excellent aging potential. Aged in PA oak for 9 months, it has
a deep earthiness and spicy finish. Decant before serving.
2009 Petit
Verdot
Soft and smooth, yet rich and complex. This Vinifera
opens with ripe blackberry, developing into dark cherry and plum,
finishing with a slight peppery spice.
2009 Norton
This intensely rich wine has a firm, jam-like fruit structure,
flowing from ripe cherries and deep plums into a long, silky
chocolate finish. A true American grape, Norton is unlike any other.
2009 Cabernet Franc
A complex wine that opens with a beautiful bouquet. Vanilla oak
merges with toasted almonds, dark berries, and spicy tannins.
Excellent aging potential.
2009 Seyval Blanc
Ripe pineapple and melon greet your tongue and then merge into a
silky grapefruit finish. Comparable to Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon
Blanc.
2008 Riesling
Well balanced and clean, this drier Riesling offers up flavors of
dried apricots and melon, with hints of apples and honeyed peach on
the finish.
Semi-Dry Wines
Traminette
Lively lemony zest jumps out to awaken the palate, then hints at
subtle flavors of pineapple and melon. It finishes clean with a mild
spiciness.
Baco Noir
Deep black cherry aromas are followed by raspberry, red currant, and
a delicate peppery spice. The finishing mouth feel is long lasting.
Rosé
There is a refreshing tropical burst that awakens your palate with
the first sip. As is progresses into more subtle grapefruit and ripe
berries, it leaves your mouth clear and crisp. Pairs well with all
grilled summer foods.
Vidal Blanc
A fruity and crisp white with a mild citrus flavor and hints of
tropical fruit. This versatile wine pairs well with lighter fare and
spicy foods.
Semi-Sweet Wines
Diamond
A delightfully sweet native grape, splashing with tropical
fruitiness and an aromatic bouquet.
Glades Pike Red
An exceptional blend including the Baco Noir and Concord grapes. It
is an intense, though pleasant and full-bodied mixture.
Bicentennial Blush
Bursting with fresh grapey-ness, this blend of four grapes is our

Sweet Wines
Niagara
A ripe, flowery, fresh, smooth, and juicy white that tastes like a
freshly-picked grape.
Concord
This plump, foxy red is the definition of grapey.
